Registration Information

To register for the conference, please complete and return the registration form via fax or email. Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), check, or bank transfer. The cost of the conference includes materials, an opening and closing reception, continental breakfasts, lunches, and breaks. Checks should be made payable to The University of Arizona Foundation.

Refund policy: A refund (less $50.00 administrative fee) will be available for cancellations received in writing prior to December 14, 2005. Due to commitments to the hotel, there will be no refunds after that date.
Note: Registration fees paid to The University of Arizona Foundation are not considered to be a tax-deductible gift contribution.
