These guidelines are the basis for an Office of Research Integrity-funded website hosted by the University of Alabama - Birmingham, entitled the Online Learning Tool for Research Integrity and Image Processing. The UAB site uses a video case study to address the topic, along with a number of other interesting learning tools.
Photoshop Tips - Highlighting text and labels, overlaying two separate confocal TIF files in Photoshop so that you can see both colors.
Handouts - There are a number of PDF handouts specific to digital images and Photoshop. Topics include; Potentially the most dangerous dialog box in Adobe Photoshop and Using the Histogram Tool.
Microscopy & Imaging Resources on the WWW - These are not tutorials, as much a collections of web resources for light microscopy, confocal microscopy, fluorescence techniques, histology and electron microscopy.
