The Genomics Core provides solutions to all the steps of microarray analysis including protocols for isolating samples, sample quality control, Real-Time PCR confirmation of results, workshops on data analysis for users, and one-on-one consultation during data analysis.
The Core provides a computer with GeneSpring software for researchers who want to perform their own analysis but do not have their own software. The computer workstation is located in the Core's Lab (room 3933, Third floor, The Arizona Cancer Center) and can be reserved.
The Core recognizes that many users will want help performing data analysis. Researchers wishing to meet individually for data analysis and consultation should contact George Watts [firstname.lastname@example.org] to schedule an appointment once all the relevant hybridizations have been completed. Access to the Core's computer and consultation with Dr. Watts are provided free of charge.
