UA Researcher Awarded College of Pharmacy Basic Science Educator of the Year Award

(UAHS In the Pharmacy Spotlight) Richard Vaillancourt, PhD, associate professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, recently was awarded the College of Pharmacy Basic Science Educator of the Year Award. Graduating PharmD students at the college nominated faculty members and voted to determine the award recipient. Vaillancourt's research focuses on the function of stress-related signal transduction pathways. He also is a member of the BIO5 Institute.
