• KEYS: "Keep Engaging Youth in Science" This program is a partnership between Southwest Environmental Health Sciences Center (SWEHSC) and the BIO5 Institute. The 7-week KEYS Internship for High School Students is a summer research program that provides an opportunity for motivated high school students to research bioscience engineering, enviornmental health, or biostatistics. The RFG2 Faculty that are involved are Drs. Beamer, Boitano, Chen Y, Lantz, Martinez, Snyder, Vercelli, and Wong. 
  • American Indian outreach involves Drs. Beamer, Burgess, Martinez, and O'Rourke.
  • Environmental Health Literacy is about teaching and giving information about the broad issue of environmental health, toxicology, and routes of exposure while giving specific information about the impact of health of a toxicant or environmental hazard.
