Have you ever wondered what role water plays in the health of individuals and the environment? This lesson will help students learn about water conservation, water availability, and resources in Arizona. The presentation also includes an activity that is designed to have students think critically about how their water usage impacts environmental health. Student Activity Worksheet/ Presentation


The presentation, for use during this lesson, covers water usage in the United States, water conservation efforts and Sources of water in Arizona. At the end of the presentation is an activity designed to allow students to think critically about how their water usage impacts environmental health and the global water supply by answering five thought provoking questions.
