General Application Instructions:

Our program staff will begin to review applications, and once the review is complete, applicants will be asked to participate in an interview as part of our selections process. Here are two things to keep in mind while completing this application.  

First: Create an Application Account

Please create an account by using your TOCC email and creating a password you'll remember. By creating an account, the application will save your responses automatically as you move through each page and you can resume the application at any time. 

Second: Have Essay Answers & Documents Ready for Submission 

This application requires a 100-300 word response to two essay questions:

  1. What environmental health issues have you noticed in your community? Why is it important or relevant? 
  2. What social justice issues have you noticed in your community? Why is it important or relevant? 

Lastly, please upload your resume and unofficial transcript. Be sure to upload these documents in either pdf, doc, or docx formats.
